Worth Fighting For
Alignment: chaotic neutral
Symbol: a banner flapping around a pole
Pinth is the god of fortune and luck—-both good and ill. He is the patron of gamblers, rogues, and any who would rather make their living from day to day than sow and reap. Pinth is the breaker of bonds and the great emancipator, so is prayed to by slaves and the imprisoned. Cold calculation and reason is too stodgy for Pinth, so those who please him most are sometimes gifted with madness.
The banner flying free from the rigid flagpole or the wildly swinging chain at the end of a flail’s handle are the symbols of defiance sacred to Pinth, and this is often invoked by curving the middle finger over the rigid index finger when one wishes for luck.
