I’m not sure I remember. Maybe this isn’t even a good idea. I think it was basically to give people more skill points. I think I was on some kick where I wanted skills to represent major disciplines, rather than narrow tricks. I mean, a huge percentage of the population (anyone with 9 or lower Int and 2 class skills) has only 1 skill point (2 if they’re human). That’s it. I kind of wanted the expenditure of 1 skill point to represent same of investment effort no matter what the skill was.
