Some of these are rules that I feel make any game of Pathfinder better. I use them every time I GM, no matter what the setting.

Others are campaign-specific. For example, my house rules about teleport were made because teleporting doesn’t fit well with this setting. Teleporting is a great spell to use in the Forgotten Realms setting though.
